Enrolling New Prescriptions in AutoFill

When a patient is enrolled in the AutoFill program, you can add new prescriptions to ensure ongoing participation. AutoFill allows you to add prescriptions at the time of filling a prescription.

To enroll new prescription in the AutoFill program in PharmaClik Rx:

1. Create a new prescription until you reach the Rx Detail stage.
2. Select the Fill button. Result: The PharmaClik Rx AutoFill window opens.
3. In the PharmaClik Rx - AutoFill window, select the Include this prescription in AutoFill option.



4. Select OK. Result: Once the prescription is complete, it will appear in the patient's profile with a WB indicator and will also be placed on the Workbench To Do tab for a set number of days (based on Pharmacy Preference settings) before the Refill Due date.

Note: When refilling a prescription that is included in the AutoFill program, a red A will appear in Rx Detail to indicate this prescription is enrolled.
